This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds, credits, or revisions may be issued for services provided by Interlinc Communications (“Interlinc,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). As Interlinc primarily provides digital, creative, and professional services, this policy differs from those applicable to the sale of physical goods.

All matters relating to returns and refunds are governed by the laws of Jamaica.


1. Nature of Services

Interlinc provides services including, but not limited to:

  • Advertising and marketing strategy
  • Branding and creative development
  • Digital marketing and campaign management
  • Content creation and consultancy services

These services are custom, time-based, and intangible in nature, and once commenced or delivered, cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.


2. No Returns on Digital or Creative Services

Due to the nature of our work:

  • Completed digital or creative services are non-returnable
  • Work that has been delivered, accessed, or approved by the client is deemed accepted

This includes, but is not limited to, designs, strategies, campaigns, content, reports, and consultations.


3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be considered under the following limited circumstances:

a. Services Not Yet Commenced

If payment is made and the service has not yet started, a refund may be issued, less any applicable administrative or processing fees.

b. Material Non-Performance

If Interlinc is unable to deliver the agreed services due to internal factors solely attributable to us, a partial or full refund may be considered at our discretion.

c. Duplicate or Erroneous Payments

Refunds will be issued for verified duplicate charges or billing errors.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after work has commenced
  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective creative preference where services were delivered as agreed
  • Delays caused by client inaction, late feedback, or incomplete information
  • Termination due to breach of contract by the client
  • Third-party platform issues (e.g., ad platforms, hosting providers, social media networks)

5. Revisions in Lieu of Refunds

Where applicable and at Interlinc’s discretion:

  • Reasonable revisions may be offered in accordance with the original scope of work
  • Revision limits, timelines, and conditions will be outlined in client agreements or proposals

Revisions do not constitute a refund and are intended to address alignment within agreed deliverables.


6. Retainers & Ongoing Services

For retainers, subscriptions, or ongoing service agreements:

  • Fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable
  • Termination or cancellation terms will be governed by the applicable service agreement
  • Services will continue until the end of the paid period unless otherwise agreed

7. Requesting a Refund

All refund requests must:

  • Be submitted in writing
  • Include relevant details such as invoice number, service description, and reason for request

8. Processing Time

Approved refunds, where applicable, may take:

Interlinc is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.


9. Chargebacks & Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact Interlinc directly before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may:

  • Result in immediate suspension of services
  • Be treated as a breach of contract

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Returns & Refunds Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica, and the courts of Jamaica shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.


11. Policy Updates

Interlinc reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website with an updated effective date.
